Here’s what to expect inside our DBT Skills Group:

INTAKE ASSESSMENT: Before you join the group, we start with an intake assessment. This allows our DBT Team to fully understand your specific needs, ensuring a personalized group experience that supports you in developing skills aligned with you personal goals.

CURRICULUM: Our 24-week program is designed to be comprehensive. You will learn and practice a wide range of skills, from emotion regulation to building lasting coping strategies, all while focusing on personal growth through hands-on exercises and real-life application.

DURATION: Each 60-minute session is structured to maximize impact—balancing meaningful discussions, skill-building activities, and practice—so you gain the support they need while actively applying new strategies.

INVESTMENT: The cost per session is $50.
