When you’re plagued by trauma, painful memories, or negative experiences and patterns you just can’t seem to overcome, it’s so frustrating. You try everything you can think of, maybe even going from therapist to therapist, talking about the same problems again and again without progress.
You’d do anything to relieve this suffering and move forward. But when the nervous system remains unregulated and the body is holding onto stress and trauma, it can feel like a constant backslide.
If you’re struggling with . . .
PTSD
Panic Attacks
Grief
Depression
Phobias
OCD
Eating Disorders
Anxiety
. . . And nothing seems to be helping,
there is still hope.
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is designed to help you
overcome these challenges and find lasting peace.
What is ART?
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a revolutionary type of therapy that helps you recover from issues like trauma, phobias, grief, eating disorders, anxiety, and depression.
ART uses eye movements and visualization techniques that reprogram the brain’s response to negative experiences, allowing clients to process and move past painful memories quickly.
Just imagine . . .
✔️Feeling calm, confident, and regulated instead of flooded with overwhelming emotions
✔️Reducing triggers and finally being able to be present again
✔️Regaining a sense of safety and security in their day-to-day experiences
✔️Recovering from emotional wounds that cast a shadow over their lives
✔️Finding acceptance and no longer struggling to cope with reality
✔️Feeling whole, healed, and capable of new beginnings
With Accelerated Resolution Therapy, it’s possible.

Inside an ART Session
During an ART session, you’ll sit facing your therapist as they guide your eyes in moving from side to side.
You’ll be asked to think of your problem in the context of a “scene” and alternate between playing through it for short periods and using eye movement to calm physical sensations and emotions that arise.
As your brain processes the problem with eye movements, the way you think and feel about it naturally shifts. Most people appreciate this level of relief. We continue to process until the problem no longer negatively impacts you.
Many people love that with ART, you don’t have to talk about a problem if you don’t want to, especially if talking hasn’t been helpful so far.
Treatment Options
A typical course of treatment includes 6 sessions: 1 intake session plus 5 ART sessions.
Each ART session is 60-90 minutes long.
This short-term accelerated structure may be the perfect therapy option for you if you’re looking for significant changes in a short amount of time, your schedule won’t allow for ongoing weekly sessions, or you’ve tried other types of therapy without success.
Rates for weekly ART sessions vary based on the therapist's experience, ranging from $175 to $250 per hour.
