Equity Statement

At Creative Healing, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace. We strongly encourage individuals from marginalized populations to apply, including those from diverse racial, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds, LGBTQ+ individuals, people with disabilities, and those from other underrepresented groups.

In our pursuit of equity, we do not engage in salary negotiations. Research has shown that salary negotiations often favor individuals who have more social capital or confidence in negotiating, which can correlate with majority or neurotypical status. This practice can perpetuate existing inequities, particularly disadvantaging women, people of color, and those from neurodivergent communities. By setting clear, transparent starting salaries, we aim to create a fair and predictable compensation structure for all employees.

For pre-licensed therapists, our starting salary is $55,000, with the potential to earn up to $60,000 through bonuses. Licensed therapists start at $65,000, with a full earning potential of $70,000. Raises are issued annually from this starting salary.

We are dedicated to providing a supportive and fair work environment where every team member has the opportunity to thrive and succeed.

We are a collection of clinicians delivering high quality services together to create change and heal families, while living full and meaningful lives with positive work-life balance. We’re not just a business. We’re not just a service. We are a mental health MOVEMENT.

We’d love to hear from you and explore the possibilities!
