Clinical Supervision for
Pre-Licensed Therapists

Build the Confidence and Competence to Work With High-Risk Teens

At Creative Healing, supervision supports you in becoming the kind of clinician who can confidently work with teens at high risk for self-harm, suicidality, OCD, and trauma.

Creative Healing clinical supervision session supporting pre-licensed therapists in learning DBT, ACT, EXRP, and trauma-informed care with teens.

We integrate evidence-based models like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure & Response Prevention (EXRP), and trauma work, combined with creative, experiential approaches including art therapy and sandtray.

Learn From Supervisors Who Do the Work Every Day

Our supervision team includes licensed clinicians actively specializing in teen mental health and comprehensive DBT programming across our Creative Healing centers.

You’ll get direct, real-time guidance from professionals who balance clinical rigor with creativity, compassion, and structure.

Supervision Tracks

We offer specialized supervision for:

  • LPC Candidates

  • LCSW Candidates

  • Art Therapists

Each track includes personalized case support, clinical skill-building, and professional mentorship tailored to your licensure path and career goals.

Our supervision model is built on experience across every level of care. From outpatient, PHP, and IOP programs to family-based services and school settings. You’ll learn from clinicians who’ve done this work on the front lines, not just from a textbook.

Investment

$120 per session
Virtual or in-person at our Flourtown or Wayne locations.

We offer clinical supervision at a significantly lower rate than clinical sessions or consultation as part of our commitment to support and invest in new therapists entering the field.

Because supervision is most effective when it’s consistent, we ask that supervisees plan for a minimum 90-day commitment, assuming both parties are finding the experience helpful and aligned with their goals.

This is meant to create stability and continuity for you and for our supervisory team.

Our goal is to provide a grounded, supportive learning environment that helps you grow into a confident, capable clinician.
