Learn how to better understand what you're feeling, build coping skills
and develop the confidence to navigate life's challenges,
without feeling like you're constantly struggling to keep up.

You’re Still Figuring Out Who You Are.

You’re figuring out who you are, where you fit in, how you relate to other people, and how to handle emotions that can sometimes feel bigger than you expected.

Maybe you're dealing with anxiety that makes everyday situations feel harder than they should or you're feeling depressed, disconnected, or stuck. Maybe you're struggling to understand or manage your emotions. Maybe conflict with friends, family, or other people feels difficult to navigate.

You may know that something needs to change, but you don't always know what to do when your emotions take over.

You try to push through, avoid it, distract yourself and promise you’ll “deal with it later.” And sometimes, those things work. Until they don't.

You’re tired of feeling like you should be able to handle things differently.
You keep running through the same questions in your mind…

  • “Why am I feeling this way?”

  • “Why can't I just calm down?”

  • “Why does everything feel so overwhelming?”

  • “Why do I keep having the same problems with people?”

  • “Why do I know what I should do but still can't seem to do it?”

Teen DBT Therapy in Flourtown, Wayne & Philadelphia

You Don’t Have to Figure It Out Alone.

Therapy can be a place to better understand yourself, make sense of what's happening, and develop the skills to respond differently.

Working together, you’ll learn to recognize what's happening before your emotions become overwhelming and develop practical coping skills to use when anxiety, sadness, anger, or stress starts taking over.

You’ll also learn to identify patterns that aren't working, better understand your relationships, and build confidence in your ability to navigate difficult situations.

I want therapy to be a supportive space where you can better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and develop practical skills that actually fit you.

I am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) and working toward becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor. My supervisor is Jen Moyer, LPC.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a teacher, which gave me a strong understanding of developmental changes, social-emotional learning, emotional regulation, and interpersonal conflict. I also have a special interest in trauma-informed care and am a certified trauma-informed yoga instructor.

My approach is grounded in helping children and teens develop greater self-awareness, healthier coping strategies, and confidence in navigating emotions, relationships, and everyday challenges.

When I'm not working with clients, you can usually find me traveling to new countries, practicing or teaching yoga, spending time with family and friends, or going for a hike in the woods.
