My Approach
As a graduate intern pursuing my M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Villanova University, my concentration is in helping high-achieving teens who struggle with anxiety and perfectionism. My goal is to equip them with effective communication skills, emotional resilience, and a clear understanding of how their thoughts, emotions, and actions interconnect. I focus on fostering confidence and self-assurance, so teens can navigate life's challenges with more ease and clarity.

I work with teens to help them manage the constant pressure to succeed without letting it overwhelm them. Using practical tools and building emotional resilience, I help your teen balance their drive for achievement with the skills needed to reduce anxiety, quiet their inner critic, and thrive in both academic and social settings.
Empowering Teens to Overcome Stress with Evidence-Based Practices
I use proven, evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help teens better understand the relationship between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we’ll create actionable strategies that equip your teen to handle stress in healthier ways while maintaining their high performance. These tools build emotional strength and help them develop a more sustainable way to cope with the pressures of success.
Beyond the Therapy Room
Outside of therapy, I enjoy making memories with family and friends, traveling, photography, cooking, and the simple pleasure of brewing tea as a form of self-care.
