I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, with a concentration in Trauma and Child and Family Therapy. I am intensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) for self-harming and suicidal teens, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for anxiety and depression, as well as basic Acceptance and Commitment Training. With my comprehensive background, I am equipped to provide you with the concrete skills you need to manage unhealthy coping patterns and be peacefully present in your life.

My passion extends to working with suicidal and self-harming teens, as well as individuals struggling with anxiety and perfectionistic tendencies. Through my experience with suicide hotlines and crisis text-lines, I have developed the skills to support you in tolerating distress, regulating emotions, and creating a healthy and fulfilling life. My counseling approach is rooted in dialectics, emphasizing both change and acceptance. I aim to guide you through lasting changes by equipping you with a toolbox of coping skills, so you can become the expert in managing your own emotions and difficult moments.
I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which offers structured and short-term interventions designed to facilitate fast and transformative results for those who have experienced a trauma. This powerful approach enables clients to experience growth and find relief within a shorter timeframe.
Beyond the Therapy Room
Outside of counseling, I enjoy spending time with my two adorable cats, JJ and Ferguson. I find solace in going for walks while listening to podcasts, trying new restaurants with friends and family, attending concerts, cycling, baking with my partner, and indulging my curiosity with thought-provoking documentaries.
