Our Parent Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Group is designed to empower parents with essential skills to navigate their own emotions and challenges while fostering a supportive and nurturing environment for their teen. Led by two experienced therapists, this group offers a space for parents to develop mindfulness techniques, emotion regulation strategies, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance skills. By practicing these skills in a supportive group setting, parents gain confidence in their ability to manage stress and respond effectively to their children's needs.

If you have a child struggling with anxious emotions, our Parenting Anxious Avoiders Group provides a strutured skill-building and understanding environment for parents to connect with others facing similar challenges.
